  devel/gsettings-desktop-schemas: update to 51.0 (#1309)

Update GNOME Settings Desktop Schemas to 51.0.\n\nThe staged payload
removes discontinued GConf conversion files and adds lo, sat, and th
translations.\n\nValidation:\n- bmake makesum, patch, build, fake,
package\n- bmake test (Meson: no tests defined)\n- bmake
check-license\n- staged payload matches pkg-plist, excluding
framework-owned schema/license entries\n- git diff --check\n\nportlint
reports only the preserved work/ artifact fatal plus existing advisory
warnings.

Update the gsettings-desktop-schemas port to GNOME release 51.0.

- Update GNOME desktop settings schemas to version 51.0, including new
lo, sat, and th translations.

Enhancements:
